Hooma CRM is a cloud-based customer relationship management platform designed for grooming salons and pet care businesses. The Service provides tools for appointment scheduling, client management, staff coordination, and business analytics. We offer the Service on a free tier with optional paid plans in the future.

To use the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • All activities that occur under your account.
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction to create an account.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may request a copy of Your Data within 30 days of account termination.
